Bexhill Enterprise Park
Sea Change has plans for
developments on 42 acres of
land in north-east Bexhill, being
made accessible by the Bexhill-
to-Hastings Link Road which is
scheduled to open in 2015
The first phase is the Bexhill
Enterprise Park, for which Sea
Change secured planning
permission in early 2014.
This landscaped park will
incorporate a range of premises
to suit interested occupiers,
totalling up to 160,000 sq ft
with extensive parking.
It will also include The Hub
(shown above) – a 35,000 sq ft
business centre which will
provide flexible accommodation
for up to 70 small firms, fewer
medium size businesses or one
or two large companies.
Sea Change intends to
complete The Hub ready for
occupiers in 2015.
North Queensway
Innovation Park, Hastings
In north-west Hastings/
St Leonards, Sea Change is
developing a 13-acre site
into the North Queensway
Innovation Park.
The site is surrounded by
attractive woodland, next to
a thriving manufacturing zone
and within easy reach of the
A21 to London.
Plots from two up to the full 13
acres are available on a freehold
or leasehold, design-and-build
basis to suit companies’
bespoke specifications. They
are capable of accommodating
from 25,000 to 120,000 sq ft of
premises with ample parking.

permitted and development

developing an innovation park
and a business centre (shown
below) in the Sovereign Harbour
area of Eastbourne to provide

contemporary premises.
The 35,000 sq ft business centre
– to be completed in 2015 -
will have a flexible office
and workshop layout to
accommodate small, medium
or large occupiers in this
prestigious coastal location.
